I know, this isn't the most exciting entry ever but I'm trying to figure out how to map out our trip, hopefully this will continue to get more and more functional.

BTW - Leslie is down to her last day of work. Tomorrow afternoon we will both be officially unemployed. Good bye South Bay it has been a great few years, tomorrow we will move away from Leslie's place and to Corona. Wow...I'm moving back into the room I grew up in, only now it looks like a storage facility, one that would make RB Eams proud. Only 12 days left, I'm sure they will go fast. Leslie's family (parents and grandparents) arrive tomorrow evening and will spend 5 days in CA.

Enough for now...for your sake, these will get more interesting when we make it to Europe...

Starting our Blog

Well here we are, its been an exciting couple of weeks. I proposed to Leslie at Frito Misto on April 11th. ...yes she said 'yes', after 'are you ... serious?' and 'are you sure?' The wedding date is still TBD but looks like it will be Spring 2009.


Unemployment is upon us...last Friday 4.20.2007 was my last day...whooo what an experience, I can't believe 5 1/2 years went so quickly. It was a great experience although this seems the perfect time for me to move on and search for my passion. Tomorrow will be a big day, I think I'm going to buy some shoes...I don't know if this is going to take all day so I'm going to have to find something to fill my time since I don't have any boxes to design anymore.

My first successful slide show, how do you all like that...this only took me three days to figure out, thanks Cheryl or else I would probably still be trying to make this work. Blog session #1 complete!
